Refunds and Returns Policy

General Policy

All purchases made through our website are processed securely via PayPal Business. We encourage you to review the terms of each offering before purchase. Please read below for specific information regarding refunds and returns based on the type of product or service.

Classes & Virtual Events

Refunds for in-person or virtual classes may be requested up to 3 days before the scheduled start of the class for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 3 days of the class date may not be eligible for a refund but may be credited toward a future class at our discretion.
If a class is canceled by Beyond the Garden Gate, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.

Garden Tours

All tour participants must sign a liability waiver prior to participating.
If a participant refuses to sign the waiver, their registration will be canceled and a full refund will be issued.
Refund requests must be made at least 3 days prior to the tour date to be eligible for a refund. Requests made after that time may not be honored.

Pre-Packaged Products (Garden & Nature Items)

If you are not satisfied with a pre-packaged product you purchased, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.
Please contact us prior to returning any item to receive instructions.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law:

– Downloadable digital products or content
– Plants and Containers accepted by customer as satisfactory. These items are sold “as is” and once out of the care of Beyond the Garden Gate staff, are the responsibility of the customer or customer’s agent. Inspect products to your satisfaction before accepting them and use care during transportation.
– Event deposits marked as non-refundable

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method, whenever practical,  within 7–10 business days of approval.

We reserve the right to modify this Refunds & Returns Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.
